I am a media historian of everyday habits and practices in the home entertainment zone. My approach intersects design and business history, media archaeology, and new materialism.
I am presently dissertating in Stony Brook University's Cultural Analysis & Theory program on the history of the remote control device and its role in apperception. |
My latest book chapter is out through Palgrave Macmillan in an edited collection titled Race, Gender, and Sexuality in Post Apocalyptic TV and Film, edited by Barbara Gurr.
